The beauty of our 14 masterclass is that the daily tasks and podcasts are so short and easy to do that you can’t really not do them. So we’ve built the app and masterclass around minimal time, maximum results. We’re figured out the things you should focus on and how to build these habits, so you don’t need to waste time. It gives me everything I need in one place

I've never come across an app/community like this. The automated macros plan is so much more helpful than just giving you a number and leaving you to it. My relationship with food and the scales has improved (and the number has gone down - always a winner), and the morning and evening journals really help me to keep perspective of each day. I love that this app isn't just focused on one health thing, it includes fat loss, strength, fitness, nutrition, support and mental wellbeing. For me, the community element is what makes Turtle better than all others. There is always someone willing to give advice, support or just listen to you without judgement.

It depends! We aim for 1 pound of fat per week, so within a year most people will hit their goals. Some people lose 1–2 pounds a week, so this process is accelerated, but we’re always on-hand to help with making sure it’s sustainable and the transition from weight loss to maintenance is done properly.

Those apps just track your data, they don’t adjust your targets based on changes to your metabolism or other tools like the auto-adjuster, alcohol conversion tool, mental health diary, 1-1 nutritionist support and so forth.

Think of MPF or Nutracheck as just the apparatus for collecting data, maybe like a microscope or ruler. By themselves they don’t do anything, you have to take action on the data you collect. What action should you take? When? By how much? This is where a coach comes in to analyse your data and make the changes for you, and people pay £100s per month for this.

However, we’ve built an algorithm that learns from AI to make these changes for you based on over 30,000 successful members data. In plain English, our algorithm will make adjustments sooner and more accurate than a human can.

Each intake of the masterclass starts on a Monday. If you sign up before a Monday, you get some bonus tasks to complete in the meantime.

Local meet ups, 3 or 4 big events per year, seminars with a range of experts from women’s health to mindset to psychotherapy to Stoicism to nutrition and beyond.

We also do 4 challenges per year, each is unique with a different theme. These challenges cost for non-members, but are 25% off for monthly members or 50% off for annual members.
