How do I add body measurements?
Measurements can be logged independently of a check-in, so add them whenever you take a consistent set.
What to do

Open More > Data and choose Body Measurements, or use the check-in link.

Choose the date and enter only the measurements you took.
- 3
Save, then use History to review or correct entries.
