Press and data requests

Journalists and researchers can ask for another cut of any finding: a different age group, period or comparison. We only ever share aggregates, and the same rules apply: 50 or more women in every group, and no share built on fewer than 10. Press contact: scott@turtlemethod.com.

About the data

Turtle Method is a women's health coaching app, part of the ParrotPal Group. The data comes from women who use the app and agreed to its privacy policy; it is pseudonymised before analysis, and no names, emails or individual records leave our systems. Women who use a health app aren't a random sample of the population, so read each finding as "among Turtle members". Read the full methodology.
