How do I add or update my GLP-1 medication?
Your GLP-1 profile records medication context, doses and side effects so Turtle can interpret appetite, training and muscle-protection needs more usefully. It does not prescribe or change your dose.
What to do

Open More > Profile > GLP-1 Medication, or the GLP-1 settings link shown in your app.

Add or update the medication details.

Use the dose and side-effect logs as needed.

Speak to your prescriber for dosing or medical concerns.
