Guided Programmes live under More and in the Train hub. Active programmes can also place the current day on Home.
What to do

Open More > Guided Programmes, or browse programmes in Train.

Choose a programme to see its structure and start it.

Return through Home or the programme screen for the next task, audio or workout.
