How do I log cycle symptoms?
Symptoms can be added for a date from the cycle area and reviewed alongside your cycle timeline.
What to do

Open the cycle card or Log Symptoms screen.

Select the date and the symptoms that apply.
- 3
Save; update them later if needed.
