How do I connect Fitbit or Garmin?
Open Integrations, choose the provider and complete its sign-in and permissions. On Android, using the wearable's Health Connect link can also keep everything in one shared store.
What to do

Open More > Integrations.

Choose Fitbit or Garmin and follow the sign-in flow.

Allow the requested activity data.

Open the wearable's own app regularly so it uploads before Turtle reads it.
