How does Holiday Mode work?
Holiday Mode protects the selected break from affecting LeanShield and progress pressure, then makes your chosen restart date Day 1 of a clean check-in week. Your history remains.
What to do

Open More > Restart, pause or holiday > Holiday Mode.

Choose the holiday start, end and restart date.
- 3
Optionally enable the reminder and confirm.
- 4
On the restart date, begin the fresh week; the next check-in is seven days later.
