What does Pause Mode do?
Pause Mode temporarily stops check-ins, scores, averages and charts from moving forward. It deletes nothing. When you resume, you start a fresh week and the first review is seven days later.
What to do

Open More > Restart, pause or holiday > Pause Mode.

Confirm the pause.

Return to the same screen when ready and resume.
- 4
Use Undo after resuming if you need to restore the previous check-in schedule.
